The problem
Fay Collectibles was outgrowing its existing storefront. Orders were tracked in spreadsheets, inventory updates lagged sales by hours, and the team spent every Monday reconciling what shipped against what had been promised.
They needed two things at once: a storefront that matched their brand, and an operations system that would let them stop firefighting on Mondays.
What we built
We delivered the storefront first — a custom Next.js site tailored to their catalog, with a checkout flow built for repeat customers and a small admin dashboard for the team.
Then we onboarded them to Casalogs ERP: orders flow in from the storefront, inventory updates in real time, and the warehouse team works from a single queue. The Monday reconciliation ritual is gone.
Results
- Storefront ships orders without manual handoff to the warehouse.
- Inventory accuracy across SKUs improved meaningfully week-over-week.
- The team picks orders from a unified queue instead of separate spreadsheets.
- Founder gets her Mondays back.
"We stopped reconciling and started selling. The whole thing finally feels like one business."
